Transport for London have commissioned Third Pillar of Health Limited to provide this Sleep Health Self-Assessment to our staff.
The aim of this programme is to give our staff additional understanding of how they can improve their sleep over time. We also intend to run comparisons across the organisation to identify poor sleep and fatigue hotspots. Understading the nature and distribution of sleep and fatigue risk will allow TfL to develop a more strategic approach to identifying and running possible interventions that will aim to help you improve your health and increase your energy and alertness at work and at home.
It is important to mention that your personal results are strictly confidential. Neither TfL or any third parties will be supplied with any personal data that you supply.
